Good purchase, ordered Forza 6 and this was delivered to me on the release date. Can't fault the service at all and I was kept up to date throughout the dispatch process

I got my package on the day it was said to arrive it was not damaged, it did take me a week to get a notice that the package was on the way, but I emailed Zavvi and they got back to me in a day or so. Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is bc I didn’t like that it took a week for me to get confirmation after they excepted my money.

This is the worst place I have ever ordered from. I ordered 5 items from them on the 29th of November. After sending about 10 emails I finally received received my order on the 21st December but was one item short. I doubt very much that I will receive it. The parcel doesn't even come with a delivery note! Don't order from them!

Love the Steelbooks from Zavvi, always look great, little pricey but in my opinion worth it, only slight issue is postage - often its at the end of the estimated window, and with pre-release orders the past few have arrived a day or two after release.

Zavvi have some amazing prices on Playstation games. My son is going to be a very happy lad on Christmas Day. I love that Zavvi are associated with Cashback sites and that I can already save so much money on their already reduced prices. The only downside is that I found it a bit of a chore to find an easy way to obtain a VAT invoice.

It’s not a scam. My item was showing as still processing when it should have been sent on the 14th read all of these reviews and was so worried as I’d spent £112 on a xmas present that I was sure I wasn’t going to receive. I emailed customer services and was promised they were working hard to get it sent, I was going to give it a couple of days before contacting bank about being scammed when today my ITEM HAS ARRIVED. So relieved. Processing time and dispatch times were not good enough and is reflected in how many stars I’ve given. However item is in excellent condition, has indeed arrived in time for Xmas despite being late and when I contacted customer services I had a good response in good timing! Super relieved!

i ordered a minecraft bedside table lamp last night and it came 9 hours later as i paid £5 for next day delivery. delivery was SPOT on, but my item on the other hand i wish i could say the same. everything is great except for the lamp shade itself, it’s got one bent side and the rest looks all beaten up and damaged. looking at these reviews i’m not sure if they’ll even do anything about it, does anybody know anything i should do?

How about you find people's packages and send them out on time, i pre-ordered the true romance deluxe edition steelbook on 04/30/21 the moment it went live and it was released 07/19/21, here it is 3 weeks later and still have not received a shipping email or change in status from order recieved

They always have nice stuff for cheaper price. My boyfriend has ordered some decorations and clothes from them, I ordered a hoodie to his order. His stuff came before the hoodie was even shipped, although they were ordered together. I had to wait a month for the hoodie to be shipped. When it finally arrived it smelled worst than the cheap stuff you get at aliexpress. I made sure to wash it following the instructions, which led to me discovering that they have send the wrong size. Then the hoodie coloured all my clothes and the stamp went off. Also my boyfriend has ordered something else and it never came. They were not very keen on responding him and it took also around a month for him to get his money back.

I ordered a bag and a controller holder, however only received 1 of these items. When trying to contact anyone from Zavvi I either get a automated email saying I'll get a dispatch email when its dispatched which doesn't help me at all, or get no response on the live chat! Guess that's my money gone down the drain as I dont think I'll be able to get in contact with anyone at all about my missing item...

well i will find out pretty soon admittedly it's now been 2 weeks since i placed an order, as i have forgotten my email, here's hoping they will reply, judging by what i have read in the comments below,they seem to be quite ordinary.

Ordered 3 items on the 11th of December, 1 arrived today in perfect condition, which considering I'm in the Netherlands I think is good, but the other 2 still haven't been dispatched according to the order status, while all three items were in stock when I ordered. Would have expected all three to get shipped at once? Hope the other two items will arrive before Christmas as they are for my nephews.

I wanted to try the £10 a month threads subscription, so I got the monthly rolling, first box that was sent was a really old one, it had the past mystery threads label on it. Inside there was a little bag of popcorn that was out of date in 2016 so that shows how old it actually is. When I contacted them to complain and said I wanted to cancel the subscription, they just cancelled it and ignored my complain t and offered no kind or refund or good will gesture. Overall unhappy because I was originally really excited by the subscription.

Batman statue advertised a size of 36cm when it arrived it was 26cm tried to find out if i had right size item 4 different people gave me 6 same options so still no further forward after numerous emails and 6 days i got fed up and gave up shame as their stuff is great but sorting out problems is a joke.

Placed my first order with Zavvi today and noticed that they don't deduct the VAT from items ordered/shipped to customers outside the UK/EU. When I contacted customer service, they give you spin and never answer your complaint/questions properly - a tactic that is typical for online merchants who hope that the complaint just goes away... Charging VAT when it not applicable is obviously wrong. Even more so when you know they're not submitting the money to the government. They're simply pocketing that money directly into their pockets. It's blatant fraud and misrepresentation.

I bought a Lego -set from Zavvi at Christmas. They were not the cheapest retailer for my product HOWEVER their promise of a 6% cashback via Quidco did make the difference and consequently I bought the item from them. No problems with the item - but then can anyone go wrong with Lego? However the cashback did not track so I chased it up. Over 2 months later I am informed , on some unintelligible technicality, that Zavvi have declined the deal. They are very difficult to contact about this decision and as a result I wont be using them again.
