“Great news to report!!! We ordered our artwork on May 31, it was shipped around June 10. The tracking info said Kiev until August 11, when it updated to NY! Since then we've gotten an update every couple of days from USPS, and today, 8/17, it arrived!!! The artwork is gorgeous, high quality and was immaculately packed. Of course we were nervous, given we'd paid over $450 and all the bad reviews, but Lana answered our emails immediately and calmed our nerves along the way. I don't hold Zellart responsible for the slow shipping. Under the circumstances, how can they know how long it will take? They did a great job, and it was worth the wait!!!”

“Placed my order on June 12th, and the art arrived August 14th - this is to be expected given the fact that the art is produced after one orders it, the distance involved, and the time it takes to clear U.S. Customs. The art is beautiful, wonderfully produced on high quality material. The frame over which the art is stretched is extremely well made and perfectly straight and square, and the stapling is extremely close and perfect. The frame even had mounting brackets screwed in and perfectly placed. The packaging was very impressive - the art was wrapped in cling plastic, then encased in small bubble wrap, then encased in large bubble wrap, then enclosed in a sturdy cardboard box well sealed. All edges of the bubble wrap are sealed to prevent moisture infiltration. It came out in perfect condition. During the waiting period, I was in contact with Zellart customer service a few times, not being used to such a long delivery period, and they responded immediately and were both kind and helpful in keeping me apprised. The art shipped via U.S. Mail so I also was able to track the package, although once picked up in Ukraine, it takes weeks for it to make it to the U.S., so expect a lengthy dark period with no shipping update. Be patient - it is worth the wait. Conclusion - Zellart is legit. and has a high-quality product at a great price. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great source of really interesting art.”

“I received my canvas prints yesterday I was amazed how well they (3) were packed and wrapped! It took me quite awhile to open it, but it showed me that it was handled and cared for by the staff wrapping it. When I would inquire about my order, Lana would respond to my emails in no time, so thank you Lana, for keeping me informed!”

There were no updates until it arrived in the US on May 31st. 3 days later, it was on our door step! Like everyone else, I was afraid I would never receive my print. However, if it normally took about 4 weeks to get to the US, then it is no surprise it took 8 weeks during this pandemic. This company is legit...you just have to be very patient. The artwork is beautiful and was packaged incredibly well - all 5 panels are completely unscathed! I would recommend this company if you are not in a hurry to receive your artwork.”

“I ordered 3 prints on 12/16/2019. I received it yesterday, 1/9/2020. It took 3 weeks and 3 days to arrive. The quality of the prints is exceptional and the care they took in packing them was pretty amazing. In this day and age, we expect roughly the quality we get from Amazon packaging.....Zellart knocked it out of the park. The box they came in was wet on one corner and no damaged occurred to the prints because of the meticulous packaging. It does take awhile to get them. They spend about 2 1/2 weeks trying to clear customs. Once the tracking said they were in NY, it took another two days to get to Washington state. I am very pleased and will definitely order from Zellart again. It is NOT a scam and the negative reviews needlessly caused me stress about my order. I couldn't be more pleased.”

“I ordered 2 canvases in early November and like most people my order was hung up in the Ukraine. At first I was Really upset, then I thought I was out $800 bucks and there was nothing I could do. I literately came to peace with it. Then today I get a text that my order will be delivered today (Jan 4th) and sure enough they showed up. the packaging was amazing, shrunk wrapped, bubble wrapped, and boxed. im very happy with the quality of these pieces. Just forget about them and one day they’ll show up. Lol definitely not a scam! Thanks”

“Our piece arrived yesterday. It was packaged very well!! Yes it did take about a month to get, but I read in other reviews so we expected a long wait, we were patient. It definitely was worth the wait!! We will order other pieces again from Zellart!”

“Though the wait was a tad long it arrived in amazing shape. People, it's coming from the Ukraine. They're under a little pressure these days..... The picture is stunning. The quality is beyond our expectations. Thank whomever for your brilliant packaging as our pkg obviously experienced water damage somewhere in route yet the 3 panels were unscathed due to the miticulous wrapping. The wood frame is high quality. The canvas print is clear and well taught. We're putting our next order today.”

“My art arrived today and I have to share that although there was a wait because of the distance, this company put so much care in packing the art, meticulous. It arrived unscathed and perfect. It was wrapped with LOVE, I am sure. From the outer package to the inside padding, the wrap to prevent the panels from touching, it was done professionally and thoughtfully. The colors are Brilliant- it's absolutely beautiful, more beautiful than seeing it online. I highly recommend this company. Be patient, they are in Ukraine. I am a very picky person, quick to complain and I highly recommend this company. Picky in California”

“Zellart had a great selection of prints to choose from, so many that the biggest problem can be deciding which print you want to purchase. They have no shipping cost and take returns. The quality of all the prints I have bought has been great. The canvas prints are reasonably priced and is a great way to add color and personality to your home. I highly recommend this company for buying canvas prints.”

“I bought five pieces of canvas art for a playroom. Each piece arrived looking exactly as pictured on the website. The shipping was free and fast, the customer service was great, and the prices were much more reasonable than art.com and allposters.com who both charge absurd shipping fees as well.
