“I just received my cow picture yesterday! I am absolutely in love with it! It traveled many miles to get here and it was packaged so well and came in perfect shape! I hesitated at first but I’m glad I purchased it! Thank you Zellart!”

“I received my order yesterday, it was beautifully executed. I have it hanging on my wall not be happier with the quality as well as the price. “Love it but....what you should also know. I ordered my art piece early September 2020. I received December 1. Yes that is a long time, however, Zellart shipped September 19. I used regular shipping. I realized shipment could be late due to covid but was still skeptical since it kept taking so long. Afterall, I received other items from out of the country much sooner. Since I was leary, I reached out to search online reviews and other experiences too see if I was scammed. I read both positive and negative reviews. I was left to myself to figure out if I should just kiss my money goodbye. But then I thought, every time I reached out to Zellart for answers, I kept getting detailed responses that weren't like that that you would expect from a scammer. Basically I had to read between the lines. I trusted I would eventually receive. Now after reaching Chicago mid November, it took the US mail two weeks to get to my door in Idaho. Why, I have no idea. Also, I have no idea how the shipment was soaked in water to the point the cardboard box nearly deteriorated. Luckily, Zell Art had all the pieces wrapped and protected and my piece was safe from damage. I have now hung my artwork and couldn't be happier. It is lovely.”

“I chose standard shipping that took exact 1 month to be delivered. Im in Maryland, USA. The wait was a bit too much but the canvases arrived properly packed, safe and look beautiful just as the photos of the order. Also great and prompt customer service.”

“I’ve already written a great review for this company but I wanted to let people know that I live in Massachusetts in the United States and I did not even wait 30 days for this to come and it came through the United States Postal Service after it got into New York my mailman delivered it so please know that not only is the artwork great and the packaging was amazing it came through the mail with my postal service in less than 30 days to Massachusetts”

“I was reluctant to buy artwork on line but I did and I am so grateful. They did a great job packaging such a large photo as well as keeping me updated and responding to all my emails! It’s even a great quality, not flimsy. Just a regular girl and her cow pic, thanks Zellart!”

“Hi Lana, After what seemed like a very long wait, over two months, which was making me nervous about my purchase, my wall art finally arrived this evening. The COVID epidemic didn’t help either. I was a little concerned about how it would arrive considering how large the pieces were. Other packages that I have received this past year from other companies were not packaged well and didn’t arrive in the best condition. The box was a bit worn and slightly damaged. But after further inspection I was relieved to find that Zellart did a superb job of packing the product, and I think that whatever carrier was used for delivery, the product would still have arrived in perfect condition. I think that other companies could learn a lot from Zellart on how to pack and ship their products. I am very happy with my purchase and it was well worth the wait. Thank you very much, Ross”

“I would love to give more than five stars if I could. I found this beautiful canvas on Pinterest actually. I’m in Texas and have looked everywhere before for a canvas this size with the exact picture we want. I was worrying about ordering it as it wasn’t cheap but coming from overseas I was afraid of damage and all. Well I went ahead and ordered it. I started to get concerned with the wait as it sat in a distribution center for a long time. The customer service was great though. They assured me it was on its way and due to covid it sits longer at the distribution centers due to not as many outgoing flights and such. I was happy to wait longer. But obviously still a little concerned because I did pay a lot of money already. Well it finally got here and it is absolutely beautiful and perfect! It was not only worth the price but so worth the wait. And I will say they packaged it so well. I almost thought they didn’t even want me to open it lol. It was so well packaged that somewhere along the way the box got wet. The whole side of the box was just soggy and ripping apart. They had layers and layers of protection on the canvases. There was absolutely no damage! I give this company an A+ and would absolutely order and wait for this piece all over again! Thank you so much Zellart for your care and quality!”

“I love the piece I purchased from Zellart! It took a bit longer to get to me but worth it. I inquired about the tracking as I was concerned that it was coming from the Ukraine BUT, Ruslana at Zellart explained that their products have a delay in customs. It did arrive, packaged very well (protected) and in perfect condition. If you are seeking a unique well made piece of art, I would highly recommend this company. And, their customer service is top notch!”

“Yes, it took over a month. I'll start with that. However, that was the only negative, and that is not Zellart's fault. People are too used to Amazon and instant gratification, and things arriving instantly. They are located in Ukraine and with the Rona, mail moves slowly. Once the package arrived, it was packaged extremely well and there was no damage. Don't be upset with them and don't ask for any refunds. Just wait and you will love it once it arrives. Yes, ours almost took 2 months, and we were upset and worried, but good things come to those who wait. Thanks Ruslana for all your customer support!”

“So I read a lot of the negative reviews (after my purchase) and I must admit, I was pretty nervous. However, Zellart is completely legit. Yes, it took just over a month to arrive (ordered 8/25, arrived today 9/30). And yes, it was in Ukraine for about a month. However, when it arrived it was packaged extremely well and the picture was in perfect condition. The picture was exactly as picture and I am impressed with the quality.”

“This company is great and Lana is great! I emailed for tracking and got a response within an hour and then my print was damaged in transit and no question's asked, Lana sent me a message right away letting me know that my replacement was on its way. I'm not sure why the negative comments about this company. They are doing what the can with this whole Covid situation. I would buy from them over and over again! They are Wonderful and have amazing customer service! Oh, AND my print is gorgeous minus the damage from transit. Can't wait to receive the replacement!”

“I never post reviews but they totally deserve it! I went through the reviews and I thought it was a scam just by reading other’s commentary. When I purchased I thought I was purchasing in the US. Havent noticed it shipped out of Ukraine therefore the wait has been a little bit long. I emailed zellart and they came back to me immediately. The canvas arrived exactly a month after in perfect condition. The packaging is very well done. the picture is just as seen. We love it! I only wish you had a bigger size. Other than that, great experience!”

“We found what we wanted in Zellart's natures landscape. The optical detail and colors are exact. One panel of three came damaged. Ruslana from Customer Service quickly replaced not the one panel, but all 3 fo maintain the color matrix. Outstanding service.”

“I ordered these beautiful ready to hang artworks without realizing they were coming from out of the country. When delivery was in limbo, I started to get nervous and reached out. The customer representative responded quickly and assured me that eventually I will receive my order and provided me with tracking info I could access. She also explained why I was having trouble. She was professional and caring in all of our communications. I finally got my art and the packaging was impressive, but the art was even more so. I’m so glad I could be patient because for the price and quality, it was worth the wait. I read many reviews that said there was no customer service to help you with delayed delivery issues and that is just NOT true. This was worth the wait and I’m love my art.”

“Even though it took well longer than anticipated to receive my order due to the pandemic times, I finally received my print today. It really is great! High quality and packaged very well. Customer Service is very helpful and responded very quickly when I inquired about my order. I realize with the pandemic times it’s frustrating to wait longer than expected, but it turned out worth the wait. To dispel some of the reviews, ...this is definitely not a scam.”
