“Service was as expected and I was informed as to the progress. The only suggestion was how the web page for additional services functioned. Additional services were declined using the 'not now' button. I next clicked 'confirm' but the page then refreshed exactly as before - suggesting the same additional services again. Thinking my choice was not recorded I then repeated pressing 'not now' three additional times - each with the same results. Only when I received 4 emails confirming I declined was I confident that the web page properly recorded my choice.”

“Fixed up my car without any fuss! It really took a load off of my mind to have it serviced at work instead of driving to some distant place where I'd be stuck without a car. The repair person replaced the cracked serpentine belt and now the car doesn't squeak on sharp turns anymore.”
