I little clunky when scheduling only because it doesn't tell you what box number or allow you to map exactly where your car is initially when scheduling which seems more efficient.

It was great! I really enjoy the communication with Zippity they always keep me in the loop. I do hope the $90 wipers are as good as the price. I think that was expensive.

Unfortunately the parts for the planned repairs were not available during the first appt date. So a second appt was scheduled and it was discovered that some of the parts received were not the correct ones. Therefore a third repair date will now be necessary next week. On a positive note, I appreciate the thorough inspection during which necessary repairs were determined. Your reps are always courteous and helpful.

Overall very good detail and a big improvement! Some grit still remaining in crevices/cupholder corners from my detail though

Service performed as expected, wouldn't have even noticed they came with how clean and quiet they were. Downside is I didn't get my initial 12-point inspection report until the service was over, so I wasn't able to ask questions while a tech was available

We had a few false starts (2 other appointments that didn't get the job done) but finally was able to get my car serviced.

The service was great. The communication was great. Unfortunately due to technician availability our service had to be pushed out a week would be only "issue".

The technician did a good job and wore gloves and a mask When he was inside the vehicle but it was a little off putting to see him continually spitting around the vehicle while he was working outside installing a battery. I probably wouldn’t have given it a second thought if we weren’t going through times of Covid 19 and the spreading of the virus.

major reason for not very good is that they did not complete service during quoted hours. they did contact me late in the day asking if I wanted to wait until 5:30 or reschedule another day that week. Otherwise service was fine.

Zippity is very convenient, but some of the work I had asked for in the notes field was not done and the tires were not inflated to the correct pressure. I did get a credit when I pointed out that it hadn't gone as expected. I appreciate the credit, but still there is some room for improvement.

Very good service. Prompt with plenty of good communication. One minor thing--one of tires was missing the valve stem cover afterwards and was at a lower pressure than the others (37 vs 41). Otherwise, a great experience.
