“Hello - My Audi Q5 takes a larger amount of oil - I have the 3.2 LTR engine. When I checked the Oil Level yesterday and again this morning - it is showing about 3 quarter full. I think I am short a quart of oil. Can you check the records to see how much oil they put in? i could not locate the amount on the invoice. other than that - it was good!”

“You should be able to choose different options without having to go back onto the website. I had to make two requests for my services. After choosing tire rotation, I had to go back on and make second request for the oil change. I should be able to choose everything at once and that will cut down on the number of email required.”

“I drive 140 miles at a minimum round trip from home to work. Though the brake squeal stopped for a portion of time, it was certainly back by the time I got home. But I love this service, it just makes sense and is a great business model.”

“You have a very responsive team - which is great given that there is not face to face contact. My biggest suggestion is co-locating the key box with the car drop off location. To me, that is the biggest downside of your service - the time it takes going from one location to another. (but it is all on campus which is nice).”
