Very nice, quick service. I appreciate that you guys come to the area. I will make a suggestion, maybe have some type of golf cart or something that will take people where they need to go once they drop their car off. I didnt realize how far away from my building it was until morning of and had to walk quite a distance to the AMN building with all of my needed things for the day.

When I scheduled my oil change, regular oil was an option, which in fact my car was not eligible for due to manufacturer specs. so my first interaction with Zippity after setting up my appointment was the email stating my oil change would be $20 more then originally quoted. Had the regular oil not been an option when I set-up the appointment I would have any issues, but having that change be my first interaction was a bit annoying. Other than that your customer service and oil change service was very good.

I was supposed to have my windshield wipers placed. When I got in my car, I realized only one had been changed. I went back and the issue was quickly resolved. We are all human and the staff was quick to acknowledge the miss.

very pleased with service. liked the email updates and inspection results summary. only complaint is regarding price transparency. confirmation email indicated I received half off with promo code of OIL50, and supplies and environmental disposal fees was 4.45. When billed, i did not receive half off price, and disposal fee was 8.90.

I was a little concerned about up-selling going on during the "free health check" but I declined those incremental services that were "recommended" anyway. It's hard for the layman to know and inevitably leads to distrust. The services that I requested initially appear to have been completed well.

I know for a fact my wind shield wipers are garbage but the health check said nothing about it. Instead it mentioned more pricey things that needed maintenance. The brakes are probably due for a change but not seeing the wipers needed repair upset me.

I would have given you a 5 star rating, but when my vehicle was returned, my passenger seat was leaned considerably back, as if someone additional had been riding in it. This was not how my vehicle left me this morning. My keys were handed off to one individual, yet it appears as if two people may have been riding in it. This is unacceptable, especially since the service performed was good.

Service was great and the tech identified an issue with my alternator, which died yesterday but I was able to drive my truck to my usual mechanic before it completely died, so thank you for bringing it to my attention!!!!!
