I have been hearing noise coming from my car now that I have had it serviced. The noise is coming from the front tires and is like a whirring sound. Everything else is great but I am not sure why I am now hearing this noise.

Pretty straightforward and simple to follow. My only complaint is that I said I start my shift at 7:30am, and I didn't get my text telling me which box to put my key in until 7:36am. The texts should be sent ~15 minutes before people say they arrive at work so that they can just drop them off on their way in versus having to do it during working hours.

The service and staff was friendly - it would have been a nice add-on to include a quick vacuum of the interior. I believe some of the other chains provide this. Overall I was happy

Another customer used my assigned lockbox number. The parking spots were not labeled with a sign just an orange code. This was confusing as there were also some utility service techs parked in the lot, so it was not clear who the coned-off spots were for. Luckily, the Zippity techs were there to help me. Over all, I liked the service, but some clarity could be added to the lot/keybox system. Thanks!

Overall good … Very good would have included: 1. Ability to book a detail online; 2. Having the wiper parts needed; and 3. Timely bill (still have not received). Other than that, a solid "good."

James sent me an email with the results of my health check including photos and provided estimates for the repairs that he recommended but didn't push. I was late getting out of work to pick up the car but the key dropbox was still there and the car was ready to go. So simple and convenient. I didn't need to drop my car and get a ride to and from the office. I would use the service again!

There is one concern I have. This past weekend I broke my right tail light and I know my wiper blades are NOT in good condition. Obviously both being my fault and in my radar to fix. However, the health check report I got shows both the wiper blades and the exterior lights as being in "GOOD CONDITION". In fact everything came back as being in "GOOD CONDITION" This discrepancy makes me question the validity of the health check :( Other than that, very simple and convenient!

Very easy. Would be nice to have the key box closer to picking up your car. Also, I appreciate the full check up on with the option to fix. I did opt to get a new air filter as suggested, but I did think the price was a bit high at $29 for such an easy add on and such a low cost item to purchase.
