Only minor hiccup was double charge for bulb replacement, but that has been fixed. Obviously, I'd always prefer things to be cheaper, but I understand the services performed (break pad and rotor replacement) is in general expensive.

My only negative was that I was hoping to leave a bit closer to 4 yesterday and it was not done until 4:30. The promise was by 5 so in that regard you met my expectation. If there was some way to communicate such a schedule preference it would be great.

technician when suggesting additional service wrote the front brakes vs rear brakes that the health report indicated. this made it a little confusing as to what needed to be done. But Nico was able to straighten it out.

Nearly a 5 star, but did have a small issue where tech did not fully seat oil stick which caused oil on the engine and heavy smoke at stops, but Zippity sent a tech to my home to check my car out and clean up access oil. Excellent service that you would not get at a normal shop.

There was the problem with the Technician not being able to get into box 1 but that stuff happens. My car wasn't in the same location that I had parked it so I had to search for it. Other then that I find your service very convenient and professional.

The convenience is unprecedented. The customer service was amazing. Great detail and was always in communication on my options, and great detail on what can and cannot wait to be fixed, how long things will take. Extremely knowledgeable. I could text too, which was convenient while working. The Keydrop was more cumbersome than useful for me. I'd rather there be a keybox where I'm parking, or close to it or the mobile garage. It was on the opposite side of our global headquarters and took me 15-20 minutes to find. I was told there were other options but when signing up that was the entrance I was assigned.

Great benefit to have car serviced while at work It took 2 weeks to get appointment for lot where I park, but there was no major urgency to the service. If I had been in a hurry, it would have been a bigger problem

I had some additional recommended service and I would have liked to see the list of recommendations include the cost to perform them. Otherwise, great service as always! I love that I'm always kept informed on the status of my vehicle.

The repairs were great, but the key exchange was not. I went to retrieve my keys at the time they should've been in the lock box and they were not, which delayed me in contacting the repair staff and caused a delay and confusion in my daycare deadlines in picking up my daughter. If my keys were there at 4p I would have given 5 stars!

The only negative I would offer is the fact that carquest oil filter and gulf oil were used. Maybe the quality is great, but I would prefer to use known brands like Fram/Castrol

I loved that you had an easy number that texted me updates on my car and I could text any questions or concerns I had and I was given a response immediately. Another great plus was getting in my car and receiving mints and an air refresher because that made me smile and makes me feel like I got my moneys worth.
