The service has gotten much worse. They used to text me during the day letting me know how things were going with brake pads recs etc. This time I heard nothing During the time my car was being worked on and I know My brakes could likely be replaced. Pretty disappointed with the decline in service. They used to vacuum the front seat as part of the deal and now that does not happen. This is. A lot of money for just an oil change without anything else included.

I received an email asking how you did…well let me state that I will NEVER use these services again. A $96 oil change is outrageous!!! I wasn’t provided a first time discount that I was told would be provided either. Also, I didn’t see this last night when I went to my car because it was late, but this morning I saw a hole the size of a qtr in the front end of my car. This was not there when I dropped my car off, as I had just put windshield washer fluid into my car and would have seen it. See attached photo for damage. The only positive part of the experience was the service technician, he was very pleasant when I spoke to him. Other than that, I will NEVER use this company or service again and will make sure my co-workers who ask me about my experience are aware of this type of service.

I was mischarged for a service I didn't receive and when I was refunded it was off by $3 and change. Not only that, but they didn't check my alignment after reinstalling the tires. Other than that the responses were quick.

It was advertised to us that the service was going to be performed in the parking lot, not 1 mile away. You took my car across a freeway without my consent. That is not cool!

Good afternoon, Shabnam, We wanted to thank you for filling out our survey and providing feedback. It is extremely important to us. We do sincerely apologize that it was not communicated to you that your vehicle would be valeted down the road. We had a miscommunication with our point of contact at your company, where we were under the impression, the employees were aware of this. We already have our Account Manager speaking with your company to make sure that your coworkers know about the valeting of vehicles when we offer our service. Your business is extremely important to us. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make this right. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, The Zippity Team

I had the Zippity team run diagnostics on my car and do the standard checks. When looking for the cabin filter, the service members broke the hinge for the glove box and claimed it was found broken. The glove box functioned normally prior to the service, and now falls out completely when releasing the handle. As mentioned, on the service report, the issue was noted as being found that way when it clearly was not.

I believe that my front right tire pressure monitoring device was damaged during my tire rotation with Zippity a few months ago. A day or two after the rotation I got a TPMS error on my dashboard screen and when my car was serviced for an unrelated issue the technicians checked out the front right TPMS device and confirmed it was broken. They told me it probably happened the last time my tires were rotated. I am interested in hearing what Zippity if willing to do to make this right, if anything. Joefoxjr@gmail.com

I am sending you the same comments I just sent in the e-mail I received on the "support @zippity e-mail" I also received. I was really looking forward to being able to use your service again and initially was impressed with the convenience and notification on progress of my oil change and tire rotation on Friday. That is until I got in my car that afternoon and started my drive home. Once on 295 my car immediately started making a thumping noise. It sounded like I had a flat tire so I pulled over to check but all 4 tires seemed fine. I made it home and my husband and brother took the car for a ride and determined the noise seemed to be coming from the front passenger side. Well when my husband checked that tire, he was livid to see that one lug nut seemed to be only hand tightened while the other 4 were completely loose. He tightened them and checked all 3 other tires which were okay. I understand that mistakes happened but this was inexcusable. It could have ended very badly and thankfully did not but needless to say I will NOT be using your services again!

My experience was a case of, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." After making an appointment for a standard oil change and free 12 point inspection and applying coupons, my total cost was around $11. Great! I honestly expected to be upsold on a few things and that's what happened. On the day of service the technician emailed me suggesting I sign up for a premier service package at $79. I declined and asked if he could just simply change my oil. He wrote back and said my manufacturer recommends synthetic oil instead of petroleum so my oil change would actually be $79 but after applying coupons it would only be $40! I replied that petroleum 5W-30 oil is perfectly safe according to my owners manual and would not void the warranty as explicitly stated in the manual. He refused to use it, claiming Zippity cannot use alternative oil, only the recommended oil (synthetic). My car has never had synthetic oil. Even after I said I give permission to use 5W-30 petroleum oil and I assume all risks, and explaining the difference between RECOMMENDED and REQUIRED, and that I've been using petroleum oil for 3.5 years, he refused. So, no oil change. What a waste of time. You would think when I signed up for a regular oil change on the website including the make, model and engine type for my car this nonsense would have been made known to me, but instead they try to upsell you after you've dropped your car off and "it's already on the lift", yada, yada, yada. Terrible sales model. It's a shame. Great idea but the same old hard sell for things you don't want or need.
