Well, they gave me the option to choose from which hours to have my truck picked up and dropped off. I choose 8am to 2pm. It was not looking like it was going to be picked up between that time. When I reached out to ask why at the 1pm hour, they said they had an issue with a different vehicle. That's fine but I was not informed about that till I said something an hour before the end time. It would have been nice to have been informed of that. They asked if they can still grab the truck. I said yes as I was now here till 430. Then I was receiving texts about where my truck was. As they were looking for it at the wrong building site. They were at the main hospital as I am at Heater Road. They did get my truck after 2pm and got it back to me at 4:29. Just in time for me to leave. They asked to dispose of my tires as they felt they were low on tread. Which yes they are getting low. I replied yes to do so at first but then changed my mind and had them put back into my truck. But still was charged the $3.50 ea to dispose of them. I had to have them fix that and credit me back the $15. They said they would. I have not seen the $15 credited to my account yet. I also noticed I was missing a stem cap on my front driver's side tire the next day. I didn't even bother bringing that to their attention. Had enough. Maybe I was caught in them having a bad day. But my experience wasn't the best. Undecided if I'll use this service again. I'm sure if done right it is very convenient. The tires are on and it does drive good.

I was not notified what was the issue rather they replaced the parts and then send me a bill.

The plate that is under the oil filter fell dangling to the street on my way home. I had to stop and wait for you guys to come. The mechanic said that he had seen that when he did the oil change but could not get it bolted properly so opted to leave it. He jammed it up temporarily and we're now trying to schedule an appt to fix it properly. On the positive front, Nico and Jason were very responsive

I paid for what i thought was a synthetic oil change but the sticker reminding me of my next looks like conventional oil was used. The mechanic recommended additional service but their was no price just and accept recommendations button.

Whoever parked the car did so with dirty gloves on. I can feel and see dirt on the wheel and turn signal.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with. The reason I use Zippity is for convenience. They have done great work on my cars in the past. My plan was to have windshield wipers replaced. My wife drives a mini cooper. I paid $25 for a diagnostic test. Disappointed that you could not get replacement windshield wipers and that I had to come back and make another appointment because they were not in stock. It is a hassle for me to switch cars with her, I was hoping to get this done on one appointment.

A case of grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory. The oil change itself was fine and I liked the reports and prompt follow up. But the report noted my brakes needed doing. I was told I could bring it in on Fri, park, check in with my car's location and it will be taken care of by noon. I made a special effort to get my car in early at 8:10AM to best allow this to happen. At 10:20AM I noted my car hadn't moved. I reached out and was told the tech could find my car or even the keyosk with the keys! He's new apparently. So initially a positive experience, but the follow up leaves me frustrated and less likely to use in the future.

At first, I thought it was great. Convenient + fast. However a week later, my rear driver side tire almost came off my car. I had to pull over to raise it up and tighten all 5 bolts.very dangerous. Speedy service is appreciated but thorough service is what I require. I don't have a very good impression and not likely using your service again.

Hi Eric, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take any risk to your safety extremely seriously and are currently investigating this mistake. As part of our standard Final Vehicle Safety Check, we torque each lug nut twice, once in the mobile service garage and once when your vehicle is returned to the parking spot. It looks like our process failed that day and we'd like to address this immediately. I will follow up with you personally to ensure your vehicle is safe to drive and identify whether there were breaches in our safety protocols so we can hold our team accountable and make process improvements to prevent this from ever happening again. We are very sorry this happened and will speak with you soon to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Thank you, Kate Hitchner Head of Customer Experience

The convenience of the service was great! However, I wish there had been more communication about the recommended service before it was completed. My car is a 2004 with over 252,000 miles, so I use full synthetic oil. I was not given the option when the 'oil change' service was recommended in the email as to which oil change I would receive, I wish there had been a follow up question. My receipt reflects that conventional oil was used, and when I use the 'find my oil' tool on your website, it even suggests to use the Castrol High-Mileage 5W-30 which is a synthetic blend, not conventional. I'm concerned the correct choice was not made for my specific vehicle needs and now need to have the correct oil replaced.

My car now needs an alignment which it did not prior to the service. I am not sure if putting the incorrect amount of air in my tires may have caused this problem, however, the morning I left the car it was driving fine and as of now, the car is pulling right.

I was told that I needed new tires. My tires are not anywhere near ready to be replaced. I only have 24,000 miles on my car and the tires have only been used two seasons (May-October). We measured the treads ourselves and think the technician needs a lesson in measuring tire tread. Glad I declined!

The day before, it was a little unclear whether we still had an appointment. We received a text saying we needed to reschedule due to overbooking, followed by another text saying we were confirmed for our original time slot. Nico did a great job explaining the proper oil service we needed and was quick about getting my approval for additional brake work on the day of the service. The mechanics left the car a mess. The steering wheel was loaded with black grime. This isn't the first time the mechanics trashed our car: last time they left food wrappers and a half-full Dunkin Donuts cup in the front cabin. Overall, Zippity provides a convenient and unique solution to my regular car maintenance needs, but they REALLY need to improve their cleanliness. It won't take much work, but it will mean a world of difference on our perceived level of quality.

I had a tire change over completed on Wednesday (no issues). As part of the service you offer a 12 point health check. It was reported that the battery was in Good Condition with a 31 CCA. By Friday the car had a dead battery. I am not blaming Zippity for the dead battery (with corroded terminals - as mentioned on your site "We test the voltage (V) and cold cranking amps (CCA) of your battery using our automated battery analyzer. We then clean the positive and negative terminal ends, remove any corrosion, treat the ends with anti-corrosive compound, and retest the battery.") - I am just now questioning the rest of Health Check.

I am extremely supportive of business ideas like Zippity. that's one reason I decided to try it. the other reason is the convenience. after several delays, they were unable to complete the service, and I had already stayed at work later than I wanted. the communication was good, but the information about when things would be done was not accurate

Unfortunately the Technician left my key in the service vehicle not the kiosk. When I went to the kiosk and found my key was not there, I had to wait slightly over 30 minutes for the technician to bring me my key back thus losing any convenience I might have had from servicing my vehicle while I was at work.

Upon leaving the office my hood appeared to be closed. However, when I arrived home the hood was raised at the security clasp. This could have been a potentially tragic situation if I was to travel on 295 or 95 and the hood blew open (thankfully I live locally). Also, I requested a tire rotation and I'm not completely confident that was performed. However, I will know by the end of the week as the two front tires have a slow leak and require air every 2 weeks or so. As the rear tires are solid. Once I know for sure, I'll relay the information back to you.

Hello - for the most part it was a decent job - however there were several places in the vehicle where (I'm assuming Armor All) was used and not wiped off. I could touch it with my fingers and/or hand and my hand be covered in the product. Additionally, the black covers that sit in each door of my SUV - where your hand goes to close the door are missing.
