Happy with the service I received. A slight problem occurred due to technician error, however they offered to send someone out to our house in the morning to fix it, so excellent customer service.

The oil change went as expected. It was convenient and affordable. I appreciate the mints as a thank you and promotion but would rather not get them next time.

Great experience. One issue though. The Tire Pressure sensor what off on my way home after my Zippity Service. For my Honda Civic, I believe you need to reset the tire calibration in order to clear the warning. It would have been helpful to have this cleared prior to departure.

See the service history. Oil was overfilled, but addressed immediately. Also the $15 front of the car cleaning was great.

First time using the service, I little pricy but make up for convenience. It would be nice for the extra money a quick vacuum with no charge would be nice. I would definitely use the service again

I noticed rear passenger side tire had a rubbing mark all over as if it was run over a side walk berm. Not sure why...other than that service was good.

I was excited to have the convenience and access to a certified mechanic while at work. The service went well but apparently I wasn't given all the details of my diagnostic. So, the work I had done did not fully resolve my CEL indicator. I was taken by surprise when I had to reach back out the next day to get details on why the CEL came back on after the work was complete and found out that there were 4 additional codes I was not advised on initially. The team was responsive to my requests but I was disappointed the "full evaluation" wasn't complete. I appreciated the quick follow up but feel disappointed in the process. I'm not sure I would use the service again but perhaps I will try the detail portion of the service when it comes back online. Great concept and customer service (Nico) just a little lacking on execution.

Overall it looks Great to me so far as per the notes emailed. Though I don't have detailing yet on the oil condition. How was old oil condition and which synthetic new oil was used but rest seems great!! I will observe more once I drive more. Thx

I thought it was good. Although I did feel a bit "flooded" with communications. If you had washed the windows as a bonus, it would have been great!
