Vehicle seems to work fine so have to assume the job was done correctly. Concerns was I expected the job to be completed where I work. I went out to check and they took my vehicle somewhere else and fixed it. I was not aware that was the intention. Your key box is not secure. Very concerned someone can just take the box and run. Break it open and get the keys out. Easy to see what cars are available. Finally, I know communication is essential, but when I tell you I want my back breaks fixed you they call to tell me my back breaks are bad; response is no kidding. Look at the ticket I submitted prior to recommending fixing the vehicle. Thank Your Robert Michel

I recently had my winter tires changed by Zippity. The overall experience is hassle free (instructions were very easy to follow; all services were complete during business hours). 2 things I hope would be changed for next time: 1. Ensure all car windows are closed after service (especially in winter) - window at my driver's seat was open 2. Replace bags for storing tires (old bags started to tear) - I don't mind bringing replacement bags myself if Zippity could let me know ahead of time if they could supply storage bags

I was pleased with how easy the process was, and how helpful and clear the communications were as the service was being done. My only criticism is that I was told the oil I selected when I made my reservation was not suitable for my car. Why is that oil available as an option if I cannot use it? I then had to pay more than I was expecting to pay. Because of the high oil price, I may not use this service again.

I was a little concerned because my report came back as everything is excellent, but I know both air filters need to be replaced, so it makes me question how thorough the inspection was this time around. But other times I have had an excellent experience.

So far, I am pleased with the Zippity service. It is very convenient and the work is done correctly in one day. The communication is very good before, during, and after the service. Also like that the mechanic points out any issues that need future attention or by a dealer.

This was my first time using Zippity. I was not informed where my keys would be so when I came out at 4:45pm to find no one at the truck, I was not happy. I then had to call the rep that I spoke with in order for him to informed me where and what box my keys was left in.

The work was finished quickly. The only issue is that since you replaced my battery, I am having stalling issues. I believe that maybe when they changed the battery that they somehow left off a carburetor vent or disconnected something and did not reattach it. All that I know if that before the repair it did not stall and after it is idling very low and is hesitating during acceleration from a stop. I will likely see a repair at a local shop.
