As always, I enjoy the convenience of having car care performed during work! My only feedback is that my steering wheel was very sticky after the service for some reason.

I'd appreciate the whole team for my first experience with Zippity. Even though there is a minor issue occurred during the AC filter replacement for my vehicle, but the service team is so efficient and quickly has it been fixed the next day.

Initially, I was very pleased with how smooth the process was and how convenient this option for vehicle maintenance was to my busy schedule. Although the next day, I noted a pretty serious mishap after receiving my vehicle back, which is why I have ranked this only "Good". I must admit though that the way Nico (Customer Service Rep) and the team (Techs) handled this issue when I brought my car back to them was exceptional and gave me the confidence that they stand by their work and own up to any mistakes that were made. These follow-up actions are what makes people return even after an unfortunate initial experience.

Overall very pleased but I would have liked to have had the headlights rechecked after the battery was replaced to see if they needed further repair. I did find that they are still dim.

Very easy and convenient. A bit pricey though, even a little less would make it likely I would use again. As it stands, I'm not sure I would use again as even with a $15 off coupon it was more expensive than other places.

Hello, This is my second or third service with zippity. I have noticed on each occasion TPMS is not correctly configured. As soon as I get the car back and drive home I notice TPMS light comes on. May be something your technicians need to take care of. Other than that service is good. Thanks, Rashmi

It was really good. Very convenient. My car is making a loud noise though which is concerning. Nothing showed up in the health report. Not sure what to do with this.

Following were the issues after service - 1. Yellow light stopped working where headlight left bulb was replaced - Fixed by reconnecting the wire when visited again. 2. Couldn't clean windshield on highway in snow due to empty coolant- Was not filled on service/not told. Minor but caused issue to me due to snow time. 3. After Tire rotation getting an wheel alignment issue now - Understand that there is no equipment to fix this onsite. I can ignore this. 4. Glove compartment left hinge responsible for slowly opening it was not connected back. - I can ignore this too. Overall its a good service except few minor things.
