“Process was very easy! Only comment is my headlights were not turned off when I picked up my vehicle. I didn’t encounter any issues ~ thank goodness ~ but something to be aware of in the future. Would hate for a customer to have battery issues as a result of something like this.”

“I was honestly BLOW AWAY by my experience with Zippity yesterday! I am a full time working mom of 4, with little to no time on the weekends to do anything other than run kids to various sporting activities... let alone oil change, tire rotations and getting my brakes serviced. Yesterday morning, I dropped my car off when I got into the office, and my technician stayed in touch all day, did a STELLAR job, and sent pictures of my brake pads which made it very easy to see they needed replacing. I picked up my car and loved the personalized thank you note AND the mints on my dash. I was raving about the service to my coworkers and will definitely be a return customer.”
