“I had the opportunity to speak with both James, the mechanic and Nico in the office. The level of customer service I received was light years beyond the best customer service I've ever had. They were was a small issue where I was going to have to postpone my service. I expressed some concern about driving on a road trip this weekend and they provided a solution that gave me the peace of mind I needed. Both James and Nico were very professional, courteous, understanding and excellent problem solvers. I will continue to use Zippity regularly. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Well done, Zippity! You're doing it right!”

“FABULOUS - WHAT A GREAT SERVICE, to be at work - and not to spend a Saturday dealing with what my car needs. Thank you so much!!!! SO funny sitting at my deks and then seeing a photo of my car - then a picture of my old dirty filter (and what a new one looks like!) Thank you agin!!!”
