I purchased a trampoline a few weeks back. I am still waiting on 1 of the 3 shipments. I've contacted customer support multiple times and wait days for someone in China to respond. They told me that they sent out the additional missing box and provided me with a tracking number. The tracking has shown for a week that a label was created with Fed Ex. I would NEVER recommend this product to someone else based on the poor customer service. There is not a phone number to reach an agent. You can only email with China and wait days for a response. Still waiting on the third box....

We are still missing the top pole. My mother in law requested one and another bottom pole was sent. I really need this pole to secure the safety netting.

No one answers emails or their chat system. No phone number listed to call support either ! We have an order we needed to modify and no way to get any help. wondering if all of these reviews about good support are fake?!

Disappointing. The bands are always snapping off.. I would like to send it back but toss the thick box it came in. Took me a 1/2 to open.. very thick staples

We had a horrible experience with the company. First, our trampoline arrived without all of the parts. We had planned on giving it to our kids as a surprise for Christmas. Needless to say the Christmas surprise was ruined. Once customer service finally did get back with us it took 3 days to send the package and then they shipped it standard mail- which took even longer. It was after new year’s before my kids got to have fun on something that was a mere lack of quality control.There is no customer service phone number . You must deal strictly through email. It is not an American company. I would never have purchased through them if I realized this was how problems were handled.

We have received no response from our email. We understand it’s Christmas, but we expects response on Monday . Hopefully we can leave a better review at that point
