“Directions could be a bit more user friendly!”

“I am happy with my purchase. I needed a replacement map. I wish the site was better at selecting my replacement mat. I had to do several emails and pay "additional parts" for my mat. The site shows it as out of stock so I don't choose the wrong size. Come on man. Overall, it worked. I got the mat and we're jumping again.”

“I’ve had my 40” rebounder for several years and still like the smooth action the bungee cords provide. Several of the bungee cords have broken over the years due to rubbing against the bolts on the frame. When I reached out to customer support they promptly sent replacements free of charge.”

“Ordering: did ALOT of research on trampolines and this brand seemed to have the most reviews and most at higher rankings which gave me confidence. I was also looking for one that supported most weight capacity (we have multiple kids). What I really noticed however was how many reviews commented on the great customer service, and that is what ultimately made me go with this brand over others I was looking at. I would agree, so far customer service has been prompt, personable (not robotic) and helpful. Worth it!”

“Issues with the cover. I ordered my daughter’s trampling on March 2021. On October 2021, the trampoline cover was easily destroyed by wind and rain. The company replaced it at no charge. Today, June 8th, 2022 our trampoline needs a new cover again. The quality of the cover is extremely poor. Pictures attached. Sturdy, well made trampoline. I would recommend the Zupapa trampoline but NOT the cover is a frustrating expensive replacement. It won’t even last a year. DO NOT BUY COVER.”

“So far- very happy with the customer service I have received from Yummy! Zupapa has been helpful in figuring out the correct replacement parts and keeping me informed of its availAbility. Currently rating at 4 stars as I have not received the actual products yet. When I do if they are in good condition and easy to Install I will be happy to up my review to 5 stars.”

“Although we had some issues with delivery (our box 3 had gotten lost in shipping), the customer service was excellent. I was a little skeptical at first because there was no phone number (only email), but Betty returned each one of my correspondences by the next day and they shipped me out another box 3 without hesitation. Great customer service!”

“Great trampoline! The net is too tight to fasten all the way around and the clips seem cheap, but the surface and frame seem very well made and sturdy! We love jumping on it!”

“Overall is good, a lot improvement since I bought one in 5/2021. However, changing the paddle to black color made me unpleased: it looked cheap and dull. Other than this, the boat itself is very good and I’m happy with it!”

“We really like the trampoline. However, the installation was somewhat difficult, primarily due to a lack of detailed instructions. Installation of the netting took four attempts before we had it right. I felt that more specific direction would have helped immensely.”

“Purchased 12-foot Zupapa trampoline last year (2020), and was very happy with the sturdiness and safety features. However, the protective cover was meant for a 10-foot unit. It barely covered the jumping surface, and did not overhang the sides. When I inquired about a larger cover, I was sent a no-cost replacement within days. Great customer support!”
