“The antique whiskey decanter and glasses were nice but it took way too long to receive and when I did receive it the stopper was missing. Customer service was horrible and impossible to get on the phone. I never talked a person, the only interaction was via email and that was hit or miss. I had to threaten to leave a bad review to the BBB after a month and a half of trying to get the stopper mailed to me. Please customers save yourselves some time and money and order from a different company.”

I was however, promised delivery before Christmas (Ordered on December 15). Received them almost 2 weeks later.
I was treated very well by the very professional and friendly representative and received half my money back.”
