“This Birds Choice feeder is a great product. It is very easy to put together to install. The feeder is very large and holds a ton of seed. The cover is powder-coated steel so that will be durable. The reservoir is plastic which seems well constructed. I would prefer if it were glass since the Texas sun can be tough on plastic but it is holding up great so far. Our squirrels have not been able to get onto the feeder and so it is quite effective!”
“The pole allows you to place it directly into the ground and is also thick and solid. It is not bendy at all. I needed a wide flat hammer to get it into the ground, and the feeder is placed on top. The top of the feeder comes off to fill with a wide opening, so easy to fill. It rocks, so making it a lot harder for squirrels to get into it. So far we have only seen birds feeding from it, which is awesome. Since the feeder lifts off the pole, it will be a breeze to bring in when a spring storm rolls. Can't find any negatives. It really exceeded my expectations!”
