“I got this for a bedroom window 69+ wide and 76+ tall. Ready-made-off-the-shelf just wasn't working out and at 35% off with $15 new customer bonus, this was only $30 more and made to fit. While this is black-out, there will be light coming in around both sides and top and bottom due to the clearance required by the installation hardware and size of the rolled up blind when open. I mounted this on the inside. If you mount this on the outside you may be able to get complete black-out, provided you buy it wide and long enough...but you still have the distance of the hardware from the wall and there will still be light seepage. I am also getting a decently priced vertical black-out vertical blind (somewhere else, also at 35% off), that should hopefully take care of the issue as I will mount it on the outside. Overall, this is a solid product of great quality, well made, and a wide variety of colors to choose from. To make it easier on your wallet, buy when on sale.”
