“Very happy with the people, the product, the shipping and the overall experience. One problem did occur. Two panel lock pieces were dislodged from their position. It was something I was not expecting. I found one on the floor after I unpacked the panel. The other was discovered in the packing material after I realized the panel would not properly settle in the frame as expected. (Just missed 5 Stars)”

“During our bathroom remodel we removed the window trim but left the window sill. I followed the instructions for measuring but I appreciate the customer service call to verify my measurements. The shutters fit perfect and were easy to install. Love how they look.”

“Very happy with the whole process. I measured as instructed. When shutters arrived, I reviewed the installation instructions and watched video. The first window took a little longer as I was learning how the system worked. Able to install 5 windows in a little over an hour...and cuss free!”

“Fit and finish are fantastic and the shutters are a nice quality. We also received our plantation shutters in less than 10 days and installation was a breeze. Only issue we had was that we received the wrong hardware and we had the z-frame inside mount so we had to run to the hardware store and pick up some L brackets for around $10.00 but that's it. I would order from Blindster again.”
