“I bought 10 shutters with outside mounting and different sizes. Perfect manufacture, I didn't have any single issue installing the shutters. The instructions to measure and install can't be clearer. Telephone support is fantastic, you don't have to wait in the line, they simply callback your call. It's was really useful solving all my concerns. The shipping company lated 10 days to make the deliver. I live in GA. Only 1 delivery man, the truck driver arrived. He just took the load off his truck and left it off on the street, in front of my house. It was a 720 pounds pallet, clearly very heavy for him and me. I had to open the pallet and enter myself all the pieces in lighter boxes to my house. Packaging was excellent, all pieces arrived in excellent condition. In total, I give Blindster 9 of 10 points. I don't give a 10, because the shipper incident. I had instructed Blindster to leave the package inside the garage at the arrival. And I also understand the shipper is a 3rd party company.”

“This was my third order, and as with the first one....I received the same superb service, delivery time, and quality. Instillation of the shutters is easy, and the final product was beautiful. My wife loves them and the complement they made to her bedroom. I would give Blindster a score of ten on the scale of ten.”

“We were very happy with the product but we we must have goofed with the measurements .it was one and a half inches too wide . We ordered an outside mount . We have another window exactly the same size and I'm wondering if we should just not add the extra width . My husband did manage to mount it on the frame but I sure wouldn't want to make the same mistake .”
