The diagrams under the armrests are a great little feature. This has got to be one of the most cost effective options to get a great chair a cost pretty significantly lower than brand new. Got the Steelcase leap v2 a few days before the expected ship date. It's been Great so far. Little to no wear on the chair. Only signs of wear I see are the text on the lumbar and seat adjusters. The seat cushions look and feel new. The asteroid color fabric I chose is super nice and soft.
Overall impressed with the quality they offer and a discounted price vs the retail versions. I get a company Steelcase discount but this refurbished option was cheaper for me on Black Friday weekend. Only a week or so with the chair and it's been great for my lower back. The assembly was super easy - be sure to face the cylinder tab towards the chair height lever!
