“I'm 6'4" and it seems like nothing ever properly fits. With all the different adjustments, I've finally been able to fine-tune a chair to fit me. I don't know that I'll ever buy a new Steelcase or Herman Miller chair since they're around the $1k price point, but this refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 was perfect. The quality is phenomenal and I'm very happy with the product. The warranty and free returns that BTOD provides are a nice safety net as well. I only just received the chair, so I'll update later on if there are issues after some WFH use.”
