“The chair feels and looks new aside from the noticeable creaking sound when I lean back.
The tension system is to worn out. I contacted customer service to see if we can swap this old part out but haven't received an answer yet.
I like the fact that this chair forces me to sit with proper posture thanks to the many adjustments including the seat pan depth. That was one adjustment I really needed on my Aeron.”
“Can tell this chair was heavily used and not well-taken care of. Multiple scuffs on chair, arm rest is quick to adjust (may be a good attribute to some), and just looks old. Albeit, it IS a used chair, but definitely nowhere near "new" as many have mentioned in the review section. Just a heads up. Will test out for couple weeks and decide to keep or not. Happy with their customer service though.”
“Very comfortable, but make sure you read the installation instructions - once parts are on (and they can go on incorrectly), they are very tricky to get off without instructions.”
