The chair looks brand new, assembly was super simple. shipping took a bit longer than it typically would because of the current health crisis, which is understandable. My only complaint would be that the chair makes quite a bit of noise when moving around in it.

The chair is very uncomfortable I understand that this is no fault of BTOD. IT creaks bad when you lean back in it and there is a slight wobble to the seat on the piston. I am going to try and return it be I only have the box and not the paper and plastic bags that came inside with it. I hope BTOD will take care of me on this one.

I have had back pains from spending many hours in my previous home office chair. I watched many videos, including ones on BTOD to find different products. I wasn't really ready to shell out over 1k for a new chair, but was excited to find this option. My unit was in very good condition on arrival. So far, I have spent several days in it for 12+ hour days due to my job, and After work I feel so much better than my previous chairs. I hope it holds up this well for the coming years!

Great chair with a lot of adjustments, was torn between this or the Herman Miller Aeron, glad I chose this chair for working at home.

The re-manufactured Leap v2 chair is a high quality chair. I made the mistake of not watching the YouTube assembly video before I started to assemble the chair. I made a mistake of not aligning the gas shock with the seat correctly the 1st time I was putting it together. The BTOD support was awesome and directed me to the video of to remove the seat and then another video for the assembly. The only issue that I see is that the seat itself does not seem to have very much cushion. I don't have a new chair to compare the seat cushion to compare it to, given the recent quarantine for Covid 19. It seems to be that the seating cushion should be a bit more comforable. The reason that I went with the Leap v2 was due to the number of adjustments that can be made to the chair and the Leap v2 does not disappoint in this area.

I watched a few BTOD reviews on YouTube of the Leap V2 and was impressed with their presentation and how they recondition the chair. Looks new and no signs of wear. Assembly was easy aside from the seat slides so I searched the BTOD YouTube site for assembly instructions and that solved the issue I was having. Back feels great and love it.
