“There's an awful lot to like about this chair. However, the seat cushion leaves something to be desired. I'm feeling the hardness of what's below the cushion already. I'm about 190 lbs. Just seems like, for the cost, the seat could have/would have been a bit more comfy. Not sure what to do about that...”

“I think this chair is really good. You are definitely getting a quality product remanufactured the right way - I watched and believe the videos. A couple of things to note: 1) it is a used chair so there are some scuffs 2) the arm pads are not super soft 3) the fabric on the lower part of the back of my chair is a little wrinkled, I thought it would be smoother but it seems to be straightening out a little.
