“This is exactly what I needed for an 8 to 12 hour chair to work from home. The quality seems great, no significant wear or cosmetic problems with the chair. “I'm thrilled with my remanufactured Steelcase Leap v2. It was easy to assemble, looks new, and is extremely comfortable and supportive. The only slight negative in my experience with BTOD is that they don't send an e-mail when the package ships. When I called Customer Service, they let me know my chair was on the way and provided a tracking number, but that should happen automatically.”
“Like the title says, you get basically the use of a brand-new chair but at a much lower cost. The Steelcase Leap v2 is a lovely chair to work in (obviously, this is somewhat subjective -- everybody is different) and the remanufactured chair comes will all brand new important parts (upholstery, gas cylinder, casters and armrests) and refreshed mechanicals.
The missing 10% is the unboxing and assembly experience is bit more work and some of the chair mechanicals show a little dust and wear. I can live with that!”
