“It's sort of astounding that this chair costs half the price of a brand new one. It's like new, extremely comfortable, and the most supportive chair I've ever owned. I have this, and a Haworth Zody. I love the Zody, but prefer the leap v2.”
“Other that some surface rust on a metal part within the chair that you can't see when it's assembled, and maybe one scuff on a leg, looked pretty much knew and operated perfectly. Very pleased at the quality considering it's half the price of a new chair.”

“I purchased a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 chair and couldn't tell it wasn't new. I've modified the chair for my personal use by adding arm chair cushions that raised the level for me to the perfect height. I changed the wheels to roller blade type for extra height and stealth. Also, I have added a purple seat cushion as I sit 8-10 hours a day. I'm tracking down an OEM head rest/back part now but can't seem to get any Steelcase dealer to return my call. BTOD is great and their youtube videos sold me on not buying this chair new.”
