“I don't know what to say beyond the title. The only surprise was the size and weight of the box. I had to unload the box on the ground floor and carry it up in sections. The directions were simple and sufficient, even for a mechanically challenged software guy. Yes, I recommend BTOD refurbished Steelcase chairs.”
“Excellent chair, and arrived in great condition. Minor musty smell from seat, but dissipated in a few days. Might have just been my order. Chair had great ergonomics, and adjustability. So much so I may be spoiled now. A minor issue was the fabric which I could not adjust to, but this is a personal problem coming from nothing but leather/faux-leather chairs. Return process was easy, and I would highly recommend BTOD.”
“Feels brand new to me. I ended up giving this chair to my wife and buying the leather ergohuman for myself so I could have better back support and a neck roll to lean my head back on.
Both are great chairs, although I found the adjustable armrests to be a little "TOO" a adjustable. I put a little weight on it as I sat down in a hurry for a meeting and hurt my wrist a little bit when it moved.
Biggest plus is how the whole chair adjusts as you lean back and contours to your body. Very good build, would recommend to others.”
