“Great chair. Refurbished models come with minor wear and tear, but the quality of the refurbishing job is top notch. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between this and a brand new chair. It's comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Also customer support was super responsive and friendly. I was shipped a chair with no wheels and they acted quickly to get me sitting in my chair. Got the rollerblade wheels, and couldn't be happier with my purchase.”
