“My first chair had some issues where the tilt action was grinding which didn't feel or sound very good when attempting to recline. Reached out to support, where Janet quickly issued me a replacement chair. They even sent the replacement chair before asking me to ship back the old one which ensured there was no period of time where I was without a desk chair. The replacement chair was issue free and functioned exactly as expected! 5 star for upholding their warranty in a timely manner and ensuring I received a good working chair. “It's a good chair! it's kind of scuffed up, but I'm not trying to impress anyone. I also couldn't adjust the chair height when I first set it up. I messaged them and they sent me a video telling me how to pull off the seat cushion. It required I have a crazy long screwdriver.... who has a screwdriver over a foot long? so I had to purchase one... Then! After I removed the seat cushion... I discovered I needed a special screwdriver to loosen the screw which freed up the seat height adjuster... So I mean, all that annoyance aside, the seat is serving me well.”
