“High quality chair refurb. If I didn't know it was refurbished, the quality wouldn't have given it away. It's a good chair, at a good value and I like the idea of reusing items instead of putting them to the landfill. The only thing that I wish, would be that when the foam on the seat was upgraded, it would have been a little thicker.”

“Very good chair, but not excellent because I feel like I am sitting on hard wood. I ordered the extra padding and still needed to order a cushion for all day comfort. Keep in mind that I use my chair for 10 to 12 hours daily for at home work. Back support is excellent and the appearance is very nice. Good buy!”

“Really happy with the purchase. Instructions were clear, assembly was easy if you followed them to the letter. The chair came with very very few hardly-visible marks - definitely could have told me it was brand new and I wouldn't have doubted you, BTOD must have some real QC going on when buying the used chairs. Tension system was working without a hitch for me (no creaking which is impressive even for new steelcase leap chairs) and I didn't have to tighten or loosen any screws to get the lift system working perfectly, looks like they've fixed their process for that! Beyond that everything was smooth, casters just glide like a dream. Took a while to arrive but it was within the promised shipping window. They were transparent about it, which to me is the important part.”
