“Although this chair is adjustable and generally comfortable, I believe BTOD misrepresents the thoroughness and effectiveness of their refurbishing process. My first chair came without any visible damage but audibly shuddered and vibrated whenever anyone even slightly reclined in it - no matter what setting it was on. The exchange process was a nightmare, involving two very niche tools such as a pipe wrench and a difficult time taking the chair apart and shipping it back. After all that, I received a replacement chair that loudly squeaks each time I sit down or lean forward. The replacement also has significant cosmetic damage on the chair's back. All in all, I would recommend this chair but I encourage BTOD to be more forthcoming and honest about the quality of their refurbished Leap V2 chairs.”
“Would have given the chair 5 stars, it is very comfortable. However height adjustment didn't work,followed BTOD instruction for fix, didn't have long enough screw driver ordered one from Amazon. It was a pain in the ass to go this on a brand new $600 chair. However I would recommend BTOD chair along with my cautionary tale.”
