“The most comfortable office chair I ever owned. Makes me enjoy being at my desk more.
Easy to set up though a little heavy (get a little help if you're weak like me). Highly adjustable. I am a petite woman, 5'0 98lbs. The arms, seat depth, chair height, and lumbar support were all adjustable to my liking. I enjoy the recline position as it helps to relieve some of the pressure on my spine. My head/neck does get tired after a little while, chair height is not adjustable, and does not come with head rest, though I hear the head rest is not recommended for short people, I do feel that it may improve the experience when in the recline position.
I have the habit of leaning in close to my computer, so it doesn take some discipline for me to sit back. But it has definitely made my computer time much more comfortable over the long term.
My only qualm is that you have to put in a bit of force in order to adjust the height, but if you tend to stay at the same height all the time, it shouldn't be a problem. I change between my desk and side table often, and find myself switching alot. I just had to put in a bit of elbow grease.”
“Super happy with the refurbished lift 2 chair. Very little sign of previous use and only small scratches under the adjustable arm rests. The most comfortable office chair I have used which isn't many but I don't believe I could find a better if I wanted to. Plus even though it is refurbished it comes with a 12 year warranty which is equal to the original warranty on the chair. Would definitely consider buying refurbished from them again should the need arise but the chair is so solid I expect I will be sitting in it still when the warranty is up.”

“It's a great chair and I'm very glad I bought it and bought it from BTOD. I can't find anything on the chair that makes it look refurbished. It looks and feels like new. It's very comfortable and fixed some issues caused by my old chair.
It took me a little while to find the settings that worked for me. Over a couple of days. I recommend anyone that thinks this chair is uncomfortable to persevere with the settings. Also remember that it's an ergonomic chair to prevent injuries and not just for comfort.”

“Ordering and delivery were very easy. Shipment was prompt. I had a minor issue setting the chair up but got great technical support and resolved the issue quickly. I wish the chair had a little more cushioning in the seat but other than that it is a great office chair.”
