“This is one of the best trees I've had ever ! Perfectly shaped, very full, only a few patches on one side. Gorgeoys tree. The guys who delivered it were also great as usual, very polite and helpful. Only gripe is they didn't clean up after as they usually do. All in all, another great year of great service. Merry Christmas”

“I’m sorry to say that I am really disappointed with the tree this year. It was delivered on time but had huge chunks missing on one side and was covered in wet straw-like strands - handfuls of it wound up in many of the branches. We have cleaned it up and made the best of it as we understand that this is a year like no other, but I am unsure if I will use the service again.”
