The Christmas Forest was founded in 1998 on a small site in Richmond. With ten stores and an online service, we remain a family business committed to providing real, sustainable large Christmas trees and tree decorations. That said, the Christmas Forest is London’s favourite independent retailer – or treetailer – of real Christmas trees.

“The tree was delivered in excellent condition and has lasted very well throughout the Christmas/New Year period. The tree has a very well balanced shape, thick foliage and with sufficient strength in the branches to support our heaviest decorations with ease.”

“Tree looked great when it arrived, but 5 days later had lost all of its colour and was very droopy. Have never had a Christmas tree die so quickly, super disappointed.”

“Having had a very poor experience and no customer service last year from Pines and Needless, I ordered from the Christmas Forest in October. I didn’t hear anything after October about delivery and when I called in December to reconfirm I was naturally very worried to hear that it’s the same company / sister company. I have to say though this year’s tree is beautiful, it was delivered when elected as respected by the friendly crew and all’s well. Thanks!”

“Our tree was a very healthy, a lush green and smelt lovely. The Tree is of perfect proportions, people within our organisation said it was the perfect shape. We always use "The Christmas Forest" We have never been disappointed.”
