That said, the Christmas Forest is London’s favourite independent retailer – or treetailer – of real Christmas trees.

“It is a nice size, but the tree is pretty sparse. There are huge gaps in it and it doesn't look very full, which isn't what I would expect given the amount I paid. I will probably not place an order again next year. However, the delivery process was really easy.”

“Tree is lovely and bushy - one of the most beautiful I’ve had - but was unevenly trimmed at the bottom causing the centre of gravity to be off to one side. It started to lean, and fell over several times when brushed against - fortunately we were able to catch it in time. Was able to fix with the aid of a pair of secateurs and some bricks to weigh the base down, but this should have been caught earlier.”
