That said, the Christmas Forest is London’s favourite independent retailer – or treetailer – of real Christmas trees.

“I have been buying my trees from Christmas Forest for last fours years & have never been disappointed. I always buy around the end of November because I can’t wait!! The tree lasts well over 6 weeks! Honestly best trees ever!! Thank you ”

“I already sent my review to the customer service email. The tree I received is completely dried at the bottom I had to remove branches with no leaves as they’re all gone. Also, the shape of the tree is terrible, not at all what you promise on the website. The shape is complete wrong, I’m used to natural trees being imperfect, every year we have a new one but this is the first time we receive a tree in a terrible condition and terrible shape. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can either recommend or buy again from your website.”

“We are so pleased we chose The Christmas Forest this year. We received the most beautiful, full green tree. Some trees are listed as 7ft, but they show up measuring more like 6ft with a skinny top. This is NOT that situation. Our tree is likely taller than 7ft and full all the way to the top. It's also incredibly balanced and sturdy, and the installation was seamless and friendly. Will definitely reorder next year! Thanks very much!”
