“Had a wonderful time learning from Joels’ extensive pastry knowledge. Teaching was thorough, well paced and explained. Joel was very welcoming and regularly checked we were well hydrated with coffee/juice/water. The facility was clean and well equipped, got to use commercial grade equipment. Length of class was perfect and sufficient to learn everything properly and not at a rushed pace. Got to take home loads of delicious baked goodies as well as the dough we made from scratch to practice another time. Overall would highly recommend this.”
