“Eddie is a fabulous instructor! The wrapper dough was made from scratch and while it rested we practiced making the dumpling pleats with playdoh. He was attentive and walked around to help of us. We were able to make our own sauces for the dumpling with a combination of black vinegar, chili oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. The dumplings were delicious and one of the best cooking classes I've taken.”
“Eddie was a fantastic host, teacher, and chef. If was a social evening to connect, have fun, eat delicious food, and learn. It was the perfect balance of time learning and cooking and time spent eating and socializing. I would highly recommend.”
“Had a super great time celebrating my birthday making dumplings! Eddie is such a great host and teacher. He is super attentive and we all felt really taken care of. We not only learned how to make dumplings, I also went home with a new perspective and appreciation towards food and quality ingredients. I also appreciate how open he was with us. Eddie sharing his stories made the experience feel like I was hanging out with a friend instead of taking a formal class. It felt very organic and personal. Would very much like to take another class with him again!”
“It was a fun class. Eddie was a great teacher giving us tips and easy to follow instructions. The dumplings we made were really good and tasty!
Thanks!

“My daughter wanted a cooking class for her bday. We found Eddie on line and making dumplings was perfect!
The class along with 4 others was great- we learned how to make dough and then make dumpling skins. Next we stuffed the skins and learned how to make the pleats in closing the dumpling. Eddie was a clear, helpful and really supportive teacher. We all had fun and then after trying to make sauces, we shared a delicious meal. I highly recommend this class.”
