“We love your Espresso Marker. We are not happy with yourservice. We have had the Espresso Maker for many years. Your serviers has really done down hill. Your pods have gotten so outif reach that when theyare on sale they still are expensive. You use to have alot of could sells and now you don,t. My son has a machine too and when he looked to replace it he couldn,t so he bought another machine. You loss him as a customer. I'm sure many will follow that path.
I love the coffee they the esptesseo machine makes but i'm not happy with where you are going with this.

“I love this coffeemaker & CBTL coffee, too. This is my 2nd coffeemaker. I was disappointed that my old coffeemaker started leaking & I could never find anyone to help me get it repaired. So I invested in a new one. We’ll see how it goes.”
