I took it out of the fridge in the morning, the cake was perfect in the afternoon. I froze 3-4 slices individually, they were still delicious after defrosting.”

The medium one at 8” single tier is big enough to serve 6 adults and 3 children, including seconds for each. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, and the chocolate and cream inside was delicious and light. The macarons were very good as well. Easy to cut and a pleasure to eat!”
