“The cake looked absolutely amazing, just as good as the photos. Unfortunately however the taste was very dry and had to be thrown away a few days after even though kept in an air tight container. A little disappointing given the high price.”

We are sorry your experience with us didn’t match your expectations this time. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might explain the dry cake layers.
