Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer service is absolutely awful. They advertised an item as been in stock on their website, even gave me the option for next day express delivery, so I went ahead and place the order for next day delivery. Four days pass haven't received my order, no email or nothing to explain what was happening with my order so I called the company. I was told they was waiting for one of the items to be received into their warehouse and I should receive it very soon. Several more days pass I hear nothing, I phone again to be told it is not in stock and are having to order it directly from the brand, but I was still given no time frame of when I will receive my item. More days pass so I phone back after still receiving no information on my order, this time they tell me it will MAYBE arrive within four weeks and someone will call me the following day with an exact time. Nobody calls so this time I phone to tell them I want to cancel my order I am now PROMISED that she will call me and have a date for delivery by the end of the day. It gets to ten to five which is ten minutes before they shut, still no call back, So I phone again to say I want to go ahead and cancel the order and I am told the women will call me back in two minutes to process it and refund me. Nobody calls me back and I receive an email from PayPal saying I have been refunded. What type of customer service is this it's absolutely disgraceful, four weeks away from my due date and they put me through nothing but stress wondering if my pram will arrive on time and for not one single person to apologise or explain why this happened is disgusting. Also false advertising saying an item is in stock when it clearly isn't. Through this three weeks of placing my order I had also sent two emails asking why I was been dealt with this way and had not one response. I was so patient with them considering I had been left in the dark about a very important order. I would not recommend buying from this company to anyone.

I ordered the 11 piece silver cross pioneer travel system back in April. I am still waiting for part of the set in July, I have sent several emails and they even don’t reply or tell me a different stories as to when I will get the item delivered. I would not recommend this company.

The website was easy to use I received a shipment notice the following day with a tracking number after a week the post office said they still hadn’t received the parcel so I chased direct 4 baby and still wasn’t given a date but told they where awaiting delivery a few weeks later I chased again and got another shipment tracking number within a hour of the email saying the items would arrive the following day I then received the item and a few hours later received a email from direct4baby saying the items would be shipped that week . Unfortunately on arrival the adapters that I was advised would be included wasn’t there so the car seat wouldn’t fit on the Pram that I was recommended to purchase together by the shop and told I didn’t need to buy anything else. I notified direct 4 baby and was advised they would get back to me about the missing adapters I had to chased the company a week later and was basically told to buy the adapters separately. the communication was poor and I I’m disappointed that the advice given by the company is wrong and no apology given. It’s a good job I ordered early as I now need to wait another 2 weeks for the adapters that I need to buy if the baby has already arrived I wouldn’t be able to use the car seat on the Pram.

We ordered our egg travel system in April for delivery in June, after countless emails and phone calls we received only part of our order in July now we are being told the second part won’t be with us until August. The customer service is shocking, happy to take your money but not interested after that.

Very easy to order but would help if they actually send you what you order. Can not get hold of anyone to get the problem rectified even after sending multiple messages. Shocking service.

Ordered A big bundle of things including an infant car seat which said in stock then got an email to say it in fact wasn’t in stock and would only be a week, this again was wrong and had to wait a month and a half only for delivery to be messed up further. This company is full of poor communication.
