“I don't know how things are going to turn out, so I'll keep it factual. On 31 October I ordered a baby carrier from them (the price was £30 cheaper than anywhere else), paying the extra £5 for 2-day shipping. I got an email saying "Shipment sent by Royal Mail" with a tracking number, which to this day Royal Mail doesn't recognise. It's now 7 November and I've heard nothing from them other than one email saying the colour is out of stock, would I mind another, and in response to me chasing them a promise to look into it and get back to me. That was on Friday. It's now Monday. Things might turn out great, but at this point I'm thinking you get what you pay for.”
