“Terrible experience, having paid for my item and been told it would arrive in 2-4 days, I waited 9 and called to be told it was probably on it's way. The tracking number I was sent does not exist and calls were not returned. I spoke to Jay 11 days after order and was told they could dispatch another to me this week. I then get an email containing obvious lies about the item has now been returned to them damaged and they can no longer get the item. I don't believe a word of it. Chose another retailer.”

“I still have not received my order, this was processed on 2nd September. The item has now been purchased through someone else so I would like a refund. Email ma have been sent but no response from my last one yet.”

“Awful product. Didn't stick to the glass. Had to resort to trusted sellotape in the end. Got to get proper blinds. Total waste of money.”
