Longest delivery ever- it’s surprising they want me to review the item but I am yet to receive my item. Poor communication until I had to contact them when I raised my concerns. I would receive emails saying my items dispatched. Bearing in mind the estimated delivery was 2-5 working days. Maybe I’ll actually write a proper review when I receive my delivery.

The reason for loosing 2 stars was due to delivery service. I placed an order on Black Friday, after waiting 2 weeks for delivery, which was quite long considering the item was in stock and was expecting to arrive in 3-5 days. I had contacted customer service who confirmed that they were waiting for me to get in touch, however I never received any emails or calls informing me of this. The customer service team did answer the phone promptly and arranged delivery immediately. I am due to receive the item today so unable to comment on the condition of the item.

I have ordered a baby changing unit from Direct 4 baby and after waiting for 1 week they didn't even inform me that my order was cancelled. I had to email and call them to figure out that they cancelled my order without even sending me a notification. As an expectant mother whose anxious to arrange the nursery this is extremely upsetting. They need to improve their customer service and clearly inventory issues as well.

order the item, got a phone call 1 day later to say it was dirty, I offers to take the dirty item but was told it was not saleable and I would have a different design or a refund. I wanted the design I had selected, i asked for a refund which I was told would be processed immediately, 5 days later I had to ask Paypal to help. Bad admin , they customer service agent should have followed this through (I won't name & shame ) there are other companies selling baby goods, I will use them in the future.

Disgraceful customer service- avoid purchasing from this company. I was originally very happy with my iCandy peach pram purchased from Direct4baby until the wheels started locking. Dismissing this initially as a minor inconvenience, this problem soon turned out to be a dangerous fault when the wheels locked whilst I was crossing a busy road. The entire pram tipped right over slamming the pram and my baby into the middle of the road narrowly missing an oncoming car. I reported the accident to both iCandy and Direct4baby and was very surprised to learn that neither company found it concerning enough to follow up with me to pick up the pram for “assessment” as initially promised. Following this, the front wheel finally gave way rendering the pram useless. I have been extremely reasonable with D4B under the circumstances and I have been trying to resolve the matter for over 3 weeks with them with numerous phone calls and emails. The manager was extremely irate with me when I asked for a replacement pram and they have done little to resolve the matter in over 3 weeks. Despite agreeing in a previous conversation with me that they would agree to replace the chassis they have since gone back on their word and are now are refusing to replace the chassis or give me a refund. They have left me with no option but to take them to court. I have been left without a pram for 3 weeks and they have caused me a lot of distress and inconvenience. I really regret now not purchasing the pram from a reputable company such as John Lewis who value their customers and I’m sure would have done the reasonable and thing and replaced the pram.

Very upset as iv not yet received my pram iv emailed and emailed where as my £450 bebecar spot gone iv waited for nearly 8 weeks
