“Terrible service. I ordered a cot which at the time did not say pre order. But now they said pre order for June! Very misleading if it was on pre order why say the stock is available? I asked for a refund and the refund confirmation never came through until chasing for the 4th time. Chat service is very poor no one responds at all. Email service dealt with Kate which was poor. I am now waiting for my refund, very unhappy with the service.”

“This booster seat looks fine and useful. However, it arrived in lots of plastic packageing and this will prevent me from ordering from you again. Customers are always left to deal with the plastic waste used by companies who could be much more eco friendly.”
